Terms of Use for Certificates and Memberships
Gift Certificate Rules
- MALIKA ELITE SPA gift certificates can be purchased directly at our salon.
- Certificates grant the right to choose any service from the menu or a specific ritual indicated on the card.
- The nominal value of the gift certificate is indicated in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- The purchase of a certificate constitutes a contract whereby the Holder is entitled to receive services during the validity period at prices current on the day of the visit.
- The service can be used by the Purchaser or any other person (Holder) to whom the card has been transferred.
- Upon purchase, the Purchaser receives the certificate card and payment confirmation. The Holder does not need to present the receipt to use the certificate.
- Activation of the gift card occurs automatically at the time of purchase.
- If the Holder does not utilize the services within the certificate’s validity period, the deposit remains with the Seller and is non-refundable.
- If the cost of the selected services exceeds the card’s face value, the Holder may pay the difference in cash or by credit card.
- Service costs are calculated based on the current price list. Discounts and other special salon promotions do not apply to certificates.
- In case of loss, the gift card cannot be replaced or restored.
- Appointments must be booked in advance through the salon’s concierge service.
- We request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 3 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the booked service.
- The purchase of a card confirms agreement with these Rules.
Membership Rules
- MALIKA ELITE SPA memberships can be purchased and used at any of our branch locations.
- The membership is valid from the date of purchase until the balance is fully exhausted (no expiration date).
- Memberships include a specific number of service units (please consult the administrator for details).
- Membership privileges can be used by the Purchaser or their designated representative.
- Membership activation occurs at the moment of payment.
- Services can be used repeatedly until the membership balance reaches zero.
- Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In case of loss, the membership card will not be restored. We recommend keeping it in a secure place.
- Time slots are reserved by prior appointment via the salon telephone.
- Cancellations are permitted no later than 3 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the cost of the booked procedure will be deducted from the balance.
- The purchase of a membership confirms the Purchaser’s full agreement with these Club Rules.
